Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, inventory, and bar cleanliness while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Must be 21+, with relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or casino/hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid Nevada TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Card required
• Food Handler Safety Certification preferred

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain full knowledge of menu offerings, including cocktails, wine, beer, and food pairings
• Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Accurately process orders using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
• Monitor guest consumption and comply with all alcohol service laws and responsible serving practices
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including inventory and restocking
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
