Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown of bar and restaurant.
• Stock, organize, and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and garnishes.
• Process requisitions and keep the bar tidy and presentable.
• Provide friendly, attentive service and answer menu questions.
• Take, ring through POS, and serve food orders, including to-go and specialty items.
• Make beverage recommendations to members and guests.
• Own every member request and fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
