Job summary

Food Fight Restaurant Group is hiring a Bartender for Craftsman Table and Tap in Middleton, WI. The role focuses on preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, understanding customer preferences, and making expert recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

The team emphasizes hospitality leadership, flexible scheduling, ongoing education, and growth opportunities within our restaurant group. Prior bartending experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails required.
• Ability to utilize restaurant POS software.
• Great attitude and positive outlook.
• Strong customer service.
• Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
• Relevant training or certificate.
• High School diploma/GED.
• Bartending experience preferred but not required.

About Position:

The Bartender position is responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. This position is expected to assess the bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.
