Job Summary: We are seeking a bartender to greet guests with hospitality upon their arrival at the bar. The bartender will prepare and serve drinks for both bar and dining room guests, ensuring quality service, adherence to recipes, and operational standards.

- Greet guests with hospitality, make personal connections, and maintain guest relations when serving bar guests. Act as a brand ambassador for the property and restaurant.
- Prepare drinks accurately and efficiently during meal periods, either directly at the bar or through servers for dining guests.
- Serve food and beverages in the bar area, providing professional, accurate, and friendly service. Follow steps of table service guidelines for the bar.
- Perform shift duties such as setup, stock work, product preparation, and bar area cleanup. Keep the bar neat, clean, and well-organized during each shift.
- Display a professional attitude, demeanor, and cooperation toward guests, peers, and management.
Requirements
- Good judgment and integrity.
- Ability to read, speak, and write basic English to read tickets and communicate with customers, managers, and staff.
- Positive interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Sales skills are a plus.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication of customer needs, minor problem-solving, and utilizing management when necessary.
- Basic computational and computer skills, including the use of POS systems.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, bend, crouch/stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods.
- Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
- High energy level and physical stamina.
- Lift up to 30 lbs. above eye level and balance food trays; lift up to 40 lbs. intermittently.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
