Job description

*JOB PURPOSE*: The primary purpose of this position is to create a unique and personal experience for our Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.

*JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES*

  1. Make personal connections with Guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations.
  2. Participate in Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs. Follow Company SOPs for BARS, including ID checks for anyone who looks under 40.
  3. Read and organize tickets to serve Guests efficiently and manage large crowds.
  4. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to SOP standards.
  5. Maintain service, cleanliness, and operational responsibilities, including bussing, resetting the bar, restocking caddies, cleaning menus, and menu placement.
  6. Stock the bar and refill ice bins as needed.
  7. Remove debris and spills from the floor in the assigned section.
  8. Replace kegs and restock bottles and alcohol when necessary.
  9. Monitor and manage bar inventory and control costs, including tracking waste per company standards.
  10. Ensure proper inventory levels of stemware, glassware, garnishes, etc., and clean/replenish as needed.
  11. Take food and beverage orders from Guests and prepare beverages accordingly.
  12. Process Guest payments accurately per SOP.
  13. Limit problems related to excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions.
  14. Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area and equipment.
  15. Perform FOH opening/closing duties as per policy, clocking in/out appropriately.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned, with pay rate depending on the specific task.

*PHYSICAL DEMANDS*: The role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently. Notify your manager if unable to perform any task outside your physical capabilities.
