*JOB PURPOSE*: The primary purpose of this position is to create a unique and personal experience for our Buffalo Wild Wings Guests by effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.

*JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES*

1. Make personal connections with Guests to create loyalty through engaging conversations.
2. Participate in Mystery Shop, GEM, and BARS programs. Follow Company Standard Operating Procedures for BARS, including checking IDs for anyone who looks under 40 years old to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption.
3. Read and organize tickets to serve Guests efficiently, managing large crowds.
4. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the standards set in the Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Maintain service, cleanliness, and operational responsibilities, including bussing, resetting the bar, restocking caddies, cleaning menus, and proper menu placement.
6. Stock the bar and refill ice bins as needed.
7. Remove debris and spills from the floor in the assigned section.
8. Replace kegs and restock bottled beer and alcohol when necessary.
9. Monitor and manage bar inventory and control costs, including tracking waste as per company standards.
10. Ensure proper levels of inventory such as stemware and garnishes, and clean and sterilize items for replenishment.
11. Take food and beverage orders from Guests and prepare beverages for those Guests and servers’ Guests.
12. Process Guest payments accurately following Company procedures.
13. Limit problems related to excessive drinking by taking appropriate precautions.
14. Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area, equipment, and blenders.
15. Support opening and/or closing duties to maintain operational cleanliness, as outlined in the FOH Support Responsibilities Policy. Pay for FOH support duties is at the minimum wage rate, and clocking procedures must be followed when switching between job codes.
16. Perform other duties as assigned by management, with pay rates depending on the specific task.

*PHYSICAL DEMANDS*: The role involves sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during work hours. Notify your manager if any task exceeds your physical capabilities.
