Job summary

Great American Restaurants in the Northern Virginia area is seeking bartenders to join their team in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will host guests, guide them through menus, take orders, and team with GARStars to deliver great food and beverages with attentive service.

Top Bartenders make between $1,000 and $1,500 per week, with paid training, growth opportunities, and benefits such as health insurance and PTO based on eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our items
• Taking accurate orders and working with other GARStars to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
• Providing a welcoming and attentive service that makes the guest feel well taken care of and building rapport with them
• Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant
