Oggie’s Sports Bar & Grille, located inside The Lodge at Deadwood, is a lively dining destination known for great food, a fun atmosphere, and top‑quality service. We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Position Summary

The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and supporting the culinary team to ensure efficient food service. This role is essential to delivering consistent, high‑quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to recipes and standards (chopping, slicing, portioning, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Assist line cooks and chefs during service as needed
• Stock and rotate ingredients properly (FIFO method)
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Perform basic kitchen tasks such as washing dishes or cleaning surfaces
