Job summary

Cadillac Jack's Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD, part of Liv Hospitality, is seeking an entry-level Bartender for full-time day shifts. You will prepare beverages, interact with guests, and assist with menu planning while maintaining a clean, organized bar area.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, bartending experience, and a friendly, service-oriented attitude. Benefits include hotel and dining discounts and other employee perks. Daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender.
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Computer literacy is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
Interact with customers, take orders and serve meals and drinks.
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
Plan and present bar menu.
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
