Job Description

The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to patrons, oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies, and collect money for drinks served.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and remain attentive to patrons' needs.
• Receive orders from patrons and waitstaff.
• Maintain the bar/café area, keeping it clean and organized.
• Keep the bar stocked with supplies.
• Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.
• Prepare fruit and other garnishes ahead of the bar opening.
• Collect money from customers for drinks served.
