Job summary

Tanque Verde Ranch’s Doghouse Saloon is seeking a bartender to bring energy, charm, and creativity to guest experiences at our resort. You’ll craft classics and signature drinks, keep the bar spotless and stocked, and contribute to a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere by the lake.

You’ll work with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment, learning guest preferences, and delivering memorable experiences with every pour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items like cases and kegs.
• Strong energy, positivity, and communication on busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Shake, stir, pour, and serve a variety of beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to guests with style and efficiency.
• Create a friendly, fun, and inviting atmosphere at the bar.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift.
• Chat with guests, learn their preferences, and recommend the perfect drink to match their mood.
• Handle bar inventory and restock supplies like a pro.
• Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.

• You have at least one year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• You're comfortable lifting and carrying heavy items like cases and kegs
• You bring positive energy and strong communication skills to every shift

Bonus Points (Preferred, Not Required):

• Experience working in busy resort bars or event settings
• Solid knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (from craft IPAs to signature spritzes)
• A creative streak, you like trying new drink recipes and seasonal specials
