Job summary

Hilton Anatole in Dallas seeks an Outlet Bartender to join a high-volume, family-friendly resort environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of serving experience and is a bright, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

You will delight guests, mix and serve beverages per recipes, manage bar stock, process payments, monitor quality, handle guest concerns professionally, and ensure health and safety standards.

Texas-sized event space meets resort pool fun in Dallas! When guests stay at the Hilton Anatole, just north of Dallas, they'll find an entertainment complex designed to relax and delight, an outdoor pool complex with slides and a lazy river, an award-winning fitness club, a spa, dining options, and more!

***The ideal candidate is a bright, energetic team player that brings at least (1) year of serving experience and is comfortable working in a dynamic, family friendly, high-volume environment.

Shift Pattern: Full availability required, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:

• Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make their experience special

• Prepare and serve beverages: Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction

• Maintain bar operations: Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service

• Process payments efficiently and accurately: Use the point-of-sale system to correctly handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers

• Monitor product quality: Manage inventory and ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items

• Address guest concerns professionally: Manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect, ensuring a safe environment

• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
