Job summary

Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking Bartenders for our 89-room resort in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes.

As a Bartender you will craft exceptional cocktails, provide outstanding service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This is a full-time role offering PTO, sick time, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401K with employer matching, and Hilton travel rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
• Basic food prep skills and knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Assist with basic food prep and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.

Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for Bartenders. As a Bartender, you will bring energy, knowledge, and professionalism to our bar service. You'll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing outstanding service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that invites guests to relax, connect, and return. Whether it's a quiet evening drink or a celebratory toast, you’ll help create memorable moments for every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests in a warm, friendly manner
• Assist with basic food prep and maintain cleanliness in the bar area
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor during high-volume service periods

Qualifications:

• Must have open availability and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic food prep skills. Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years of bartending experience (required)
