Job summary

Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa is seeking a Barista to join our guest-focused team. You’ll craft specialty coffee and tea beverages, greet guests warmly, and help ensure an inviting café experience within the Curio Collection by Hilton.

This role emphasizes friendly service, accuracy in cash handling, and collaboration with a fast-paced hospitality team. Full-time benefits include PTO, sick time, health insurance, 401K, and Hilton travel rewards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year barista experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and inviting attitude
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages, customizing drinks as requested
• Assist with light food prep, plating, and serving
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and production standards
• Operate the POS/register system, accurately handling cash and card payments
• Restock beverages and supplies, and assist with inventory as needed
• Clean and sanitize equipment, dishes, and work areas to maintain a safe and organized café
• Deliver outstanding customer service with each guest interaction
