Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (local laws).
  • TIPS or other alcohol awareness certification is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Non- Exempt, Part- Time

As a Bartender, you are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests in a warm, professional, and efficient manner. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a high standard of service within the club's bar, lounge, or event spaces.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, however, other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to club recipes and standards.
  • Greet members and guests, offering attentive and personalized service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
  • Ensure all beverages are prepared hygienically and efficiently.
  • Upsell and recommend wines, spirits, and cocktails where appropriate.
  • Check identification to verify legal drinking age.
  • Maintain stock levels and request bar supplies as needed.
  • Set up and break down the bar area for daily operations or events.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and member charges accurately.
