Job summary

DeRomo's is seeking a guest-focused hospitality professional to greet guests and guide them through an exceptional dining experience. You will suggest wines, cocktails, and menu items, answer questions about quality, and process orders with precision in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires in-depth wine and cocktail knowledge, as well as ServSafe and alcohol certification, and a high school diploma or better.

• Prepare beverages for guests and servers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Keep bar in clean and neat condition at all times.
• Perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment.
• Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas.
• Monitor and observe guests to ensure pleasurable dining experience.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service.
• Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
