A Shift Snapshot

You'll arrive before the rush to get the bar fully staged-stock levels checked, mixers and garnishes ready, and everything wiped down and sanitized. As the night builds, you'll keep conversations flowing while staying sharp on pacing and guest comfort. Between rounds, you'll stay organized, watch for signs of overconsumption, and keep the space clean and service-ready. At close, you'll secure product and equipment, complete cash drops, lock up, and leave the bar set for the next shift.
