The role requires a strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine and spirits, excellent communication, and the ability to manage bar inventory, handle cash, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, compliant service

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• A valid alcohol awareness certification, as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
