Job summary

Talk of the Town Restaurants in Tampa, FL is seeking a high-energy bartender to deliver raving fan moments for our guests. The bartender’s purpose is to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for our guests.

We don’t have customers, we have Guests, and unparalleled service is a commitment to every guest. The role requires knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, adherence to safety standards, and a passion for serving others.

Qualifications

• Proficient in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Know-how to operate a POS terminal.
• Knowledge of state and federal alcohol laws.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Maintain organized, stocked, and clean bar.
• Working knowledge of standard cocktail recipes.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability for full nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Multi-task by serving bar guests and handling service tickets.
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Balance the cash drawer at start and end of shift.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Work with other bartenders.

We are looking for a high-energy, fast-paced bartender to provide raving fan moments for our guests. The bartender's purpose is to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for our guests. A bartender should have expansive knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and a passion for serving others. He or She should also adhere to alcohol safety guidelines and food service safety standards.

• Ability to multi-task by taking care of both bar guests and service tickets in a timely manner
• Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations and answer all related inquiries.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to company recipes
• Balance the cash drawer at the start and close of each shift.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
