Charleyssteakhouse in Tampa, FL is seeking a high-energy bartender to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will craft beverages, engage with Guests, and ensure safety and quality across service. A passion for service and knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor are essential for success.

The role emphasizes a warm atmosphere, teamwork with fellow bartenders, and adherence to safety standards while providing rock-star service to every Guest.

Qualifications

• Proficient in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Operate a POS terminal.
• Know and follow state/federal alcohol laws.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Know standard cocktail recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Multi-task by attending bar guests and service tickets.
• Assess guest needs and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails per recipes.
• Balance cash drawer at shift start and end.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain guest-focused, excellent experience.
• Comply with food and beverage regulations.
• Collaborate with other bartenders.

About the position:

We are looking for a high-energy, fast-paced bartender to provide raving fan moments for our guests. The bartender's purpose is to create a warm, welcoming, and memorable atmosphere for our guests. Essential Duties:

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Ability to multi-task by taking care of both bar guests and service tickets in a timely manner
• Assess guest's needs and preferences and make recommendations and answer all related inquiries.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to company recipes
• Balance the cash drawer at the start and close of each shift.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Work with other bartenders
