Torsap Thai Kitchen in Minneapolis is seeking experienced bartenders to join our high-volume, guest-focused bar. You will craft cocktails, beer and wine with consistency while keeping the bar organized and welcoming.

We require 3+ years in a fast-paced setting, strong multitasking and communication, reliable attendance, and weekend/holiday availability. This role offers growth potential and team-oriented, creative menu involvement.

Responsibilities

• Work efficiently during high-volume service while staying organized and composed.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, organized, and ready for service.
• Assist with prep, batching, restocking, and inventory organization.
• Communicate 86'd items, product issues, and guest concerns promptly to management.
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties each shift.

Our bar is high-volume, fun, and guest-focused and we are looking for people who can work with urgency while still creating an engaging and welcoming atmosphere. Bartenders are responsible for providing excellent hospitality, executing cocktails consistently and efficiently, maintaining bar organization and helping create the welcoming experience our guests know us for.
