Job summary

SentryWorld in Stevens Point, WI is seeking an energetic bartender to deliver top-notch service at PJ’s and Muse at SentryWorld. The role requires knowledge of contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine, plus the ability to engage guests and upsell the full restaurant menu at the bar.

Join a friendly team and receive training in a positive environment. A 21+ age requirement, a high school diploma or equivalent, and RBSS certification are expected, with license a plus.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Must obtain a certification on responsible beverage service.
• Bartender license considered a plus.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes beverage orders, and prepares drinks as requested.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote a positive image of Sentry facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of wine, beer, and mixed drinks; check IDs for alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area and tools; prepare fresh garnishes.
• Offer and serve the full restaurant menu at the bar when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate alcohol-service rules.
• Collect payments and balance receipts for beverages served.
