Wet Willies is seeking an energetic bartender to join our team at Stateline, Idaho. You will greet guests, handle cash and card transactions efficiently, and keep the bar and dining areas clean throughout your shift.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a valid Food Worker Card or TIPS/Bar card as required by state, and solid English communication. Previous serving experience is preferred, and a courteous, friendly demeanor is essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Valid Food Worker Card and/or TIPS/Bar card (as required by state).
• Minimum of one year serving experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for prolonged periods.

Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of the Bartender postion include the following:

• Maintain clean dining & service areas of the Bar at all times
• Complete sidework at the beginning & the end of each shift

Requirements

All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card and or TIPS/Bar card (if applicable in your state)
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
