Job summary

Wet Willie's in Idaho is seeking a Bar Back to support the bar team during shifts. You will greet guests, maintain stock, keep dining areas clean, and complete sidework as directed by Bar staff. The role requires a friendly demeanor and strong teamwork.

Ideal candidates may have prior bar or related experience, be 18+, and able to communicate effectively in English. The position is on-site with standard shift duties and opportunities to contribute to service excellence.

Job description

Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of the Bar Back position include the following:

• Greet guests in a timely manner with a positve attitude
• Maintain full stock of all Bar products as directed by the Bar staff
• Maintain clean service and dining area(s) of the bar at all times
• Complete sidework at the beginning & end of each shift as directed by the Bar staff

Requirements

All Wet Willies staff must meet these minimal job requirements:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
