Job summary

Wet Willie's is seeking a bartender to ensure consistent drink quality and fast service in a busy environment. You will greet guests, verify age for alcohol purchases, and use knowledge of the bar and menu to recommend items.

You will take orders, deliver drinks and food promptly, employ suggestive selling, and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace while delivering superior guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a full service bar.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktails.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21.
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and make recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders at the bar and lounge.
• Deliver orders within established time frames and maintain stock levels.
