Job summary

Wet Willies is hiring a Bar Back to support the bar team with guest greeting, stock replenishment, and maintaining clean service areas. The role also requires completing sidework at the start and end of shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods. A customer-focused attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of previous bar or related experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.

Job description

Wet Willies staff must complete daily duties required of them set forth by the general management of the location. Some requirements of the Bar Back position include the following:
