As a Bartender, you will:

• Welcome guests with genuine care
• Deliver attentive service
• Engage in polite conversation when appropriate
• Be fully informed of the beverage menu
• Prepare drinks, open and serve wine/champagne
• Prepare garnishes
• Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
• Process payments
• Ensure a clean and safe environment
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional
• Diffuse difficult situations when needed
• Comply with all liquor laws

To be successful as a Bartender, you must have:

• A professional demeanor, warm personality, and ability to connect with others
• Genuine caring, compassion, and comfort in conversing with diverse backgrounds and levels
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Previous bartending experience is a plus
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods, professional appearance, and ability to lift less than 30 pounds. Ability to move, lift, push, pull, and handle objects as needed.
