Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs:

• Greet guests, take orders, and process cash and credit transactions
• Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide drinks from the service well to servers as needed
• Follow all alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines, including checking IDs for minimum age requirements
• Adhere to cash handling policies
• Set up and clean workstations, including sanitizing
• Take inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Provide excellent guest service, anticipating needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Maintain a positive attitude towards guests, colleagues, and clients
• Ensure the security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
