Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club (Vue on 30A) is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Bartender. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Ideal candidates have a genuine passion for hospitality. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing incredible guest service and member experiences through beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. Previous bartending experience is required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Collects payment for drinks served
• Greets and provides immediate attention to guests
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Education And Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of bartending experience
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes
• Must have strong customer/guest orientation
• Organized, able to work well in fast paced environment
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
