Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Maintain bar supplies, glassware, and other bar facilities.
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of bar areas and equipment.
• Adhere to alcohol beverage laws and age verification policies.
• Collect payment for drinks served.
• Greet guests and provide prompt attention.
• Learn regular guests’ names and recognize them.
• Monitor guest experience and take actions for best service.
• Inspect bar before opening to ensure stock and inventory.
• Prepare garnishes and drinks, including pre-mixed options.
• Handle closing duties and cleanup.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and ABC policies; manage intoxicated guests appropriately.
• Implement policies communicated by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware, expendable paper and other supplies
• Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment
• Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed
• Collects payment for drinks served
• Greets and provides immediate attention to guests
• Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them
• Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service
• Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
• Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
• Performs clean-up and closing duties as assigned
• Adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
• Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Education and Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of bartending experience
