A leading restaurant in San Diego is seeking a dedicated Bartender to create memorable experiences for guests. Essential responsibilities include managing inventory, greeting customers, and ensuring quality service throughout the dining process. The ideal candidate will have significant bar experience, knowledge of beverages, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:
Greet guests with a warm welcome
Extensive knowledge of wine and spirits.
Ability to learn and execute specialty/classic cocktail recipes.
Manage bar inventory honestly and effectively.
Complete knowledge of food menu.
Provide complete dining experiences at the bar.
Effectively communicates allergies to kitchen.
Reports all breakage, damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management.
Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Bartender in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants.
Proficient with Micros POS system.
Must have SNHD Food Handler card up to date.
Must have TAM Card up to date.
Professional verbal and written communication with guests, co-workers, and leadership.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time.
