Job summary

Willie’s Grill & Ice House in Texas is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead a motivated team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold our scratch-made food tradition with a community-focused mindset.

You will coach FOH and BOH, manage dining room operations (To-Go, Counter, Bar, Kitchen), hire staff, balance labor goals with guest satisfaction, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years management experience in full-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities to attract and retain talented team members.

Responsibilities
