Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a skilled bartender to join our Richmond, VA venue. You will prepare a wide range of drinks, interact with guests, and ensure fast, friendly service in a high-energy environment.

You will maintain bar cleanliness, stock supplies, and ensure responsible beverage service in line with laws and safety standards. You should have proven bartending experience, knowledge of drinks, excellent communication, and cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• Proven bartending experience in a similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Must be of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction.
• Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).

• Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
