Job summary

Topgolf Austin is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, interact with guests, and maintain a clean, well-stocked bar. You will deliver accurate orders, manage payments, and support a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have extensive mixology knowledge, strong communication skills, and a commitment to responsible beverage service while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
