Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hiring a Bartender to join a fun, high-energy venue blending soccer and dining.

You will take orders, craft beverages, serve drinks and food, and help build repeat guests by personalizing each experience while staying on pace. A basic POS knowledge, reliability, and a passion for soccer are valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commonly ordered drinks and ability to make suggestions.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and support team and company objectives.
• Basic knowledge of Point of Sale system.
• Must be reliable and dependable by adhering to a schedule.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Plus: appreciation for soccer!

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events in order to proactively inform guests and invite them back.
• You are responsible for taking orders, making beverages for all guests, serving beverages, selling food, and building repeat clientele.
• Ability to follow specific service time and guidelines while engaging guests and personalizing their experience.
• Work as a contributing member of a team and communicate with management and serving reps to ensure effective customer flow; maintain positive working relationships with all team members and managers.
• Ability to make suggestions and bring propositions to management to grow the business.
• Cross training and mandatory cleaning are requirements of the role.
