Job summary

The Granite Grill in Raleigh, NC is seeking energetic bartenders to join our opening team. We offer part-time and full-time positions with a training program starting in November; successful candidates will learn our service steps, menu details, and company values.

As a bartender, you will greet guests, craft cocktails from recipes, upsell menu items, handle payments, and work as part of a collaborative team to ensure fast, friendly service and high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a full service restaurant
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends and at least 3 shifts per week
• Must be 21 years of age, proficient in English, lift 30 pounds, and able to stand and move about the restaurant for the duration of the shift.

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and attentive team players who love to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Bartenders are immersed in a training program to become knowledgeable in our steps of service, food and beverage menus, and company values.

About The Granite Grill

The Granite Grill is a new upscale, classic American grill located in the Glenlake Development where Creedmoor Road meets Edwards Mill. Training will begin in November.

Our menu features seafood, steaks, signature burgers, salads, and familiar appetizers deliciously prepared with fresh ingredients. Our stylish new space includes a well-stocked bar, spacious covered patio, comfy leather booths, and a cozy private event space.
