Esplanade Lakewood Ranch in Bradenton, FL is seeking a full-time Bartender for Bahama Bar, our outdoor bar and grill open seven days a week. Join Troon, a global leader in golf and community management, and contribute to a high-standard, member-focused environment.

The successful candidate will deliver warm, professional service, maintain bar cleanliness, and accurately process charges while collaborating with a team during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Open availability — weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.
• Current alcohol service certification is preferred.

Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Location:

This role is based at Bahama Bar, our vibrant outdoor bar and grill, open seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepares and serves beverages consistently according to club standards.

Delivers warm, attentive, and professional service to all members and guests.

Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stock rotation and setup and breakdown.

Works collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service during peak periods.

Accurately processes member charges and maintains compliance with all responsible alcohol service policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of one to two years of bartending experience, preferably in a private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality setting.
