Job description

With A Twist Bartending Service is hiring Bartenders. Our industry-leading compensation package offers very flexible schedules, allowing you to view all available jobs and choose the ones you want to work. Using our mobile application (think UBER for Bartending), we will send you bartending opportunities and pay you per hour, plus any pre-paid gratuity paid by the client, as well as cash or Venmo tips at the events. (We get big tips because the drinks are free!) You can accept or decline jobs based on your schedule. Work as few or as many jobs as you want—our scheduling is flexible. Most events end by 11 pm, so no more late nights cleaning glassware or mopping up the bar. Enjoy great pay, excellent tips, all in a fun and safe environment. Full training is provided. Industry-leading pay! Experienced bartenders preferred.

Bartender and Manager Positions Available. For a small equipment deposit (fully refundable if you decide to stop working for any reason), you can access the majority of the highest-paying jobs and participate in the revenue the company receives from each job.

Bartenders and Managers earn through:

1. Revenue share on every job (averages $100 or more per job)
2. Hourly wage
3. Pre-paid gratuity from customers (received on 70% of our jobs)
4. Cash tips at the event, including the option to collect tips via Venmo with our special Venmo card design, which goes directly into your personal account

These bartender and manager roles are for the “best of the best” and require a minimum of 4 years of experience. Depending on current needs, if we are full, you can join our waitlist for this unique and profitable opportunity.
