Job summary

The VIG in McDowell Mountain Ranch by The Genuine Concepts is seeking enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations, while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a bartender 3-5 years.
• Ability to keep track of guest orders.
• Ability to track the overall experience of each table.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• This position requires Maricopa County Food Handler Card.
• This position requires Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification.
