Job Description and Overview:

The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel is located in the renowned Deer Valley ski resort, approximately 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. This new development will feature 17 ski lifts, around 1,600 residential units, 8 hotels with approximately 1,350 rooms, about 250,000 sq ft of conference and retail space, and one of the largest "ski beaches" globally.

The hotel offers 436 luxury accommodations, including 381 guest rooms and 55 residential units. Facilities include approximately 30,000 sq ft of versatile indoor meeting space, a lobby-level 3-meal restaurant and bar, a signature bar, pool and après-ski bar and grill, a coffee bistro, a large outdoor event terrace, a pool with 3 whirlpools, kids club, and a fitness area.

Position: Bartender

Responsibilities include preparing beverages, offering customized recommendations, and maintaining an attractive bar environment. Candidates should be familiar with current mixology trends, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with an emphasis on safety and presentation. This role provides opportunities for creative expression and leveraging previous bartending experience. Knowledge of local and state alcohol serving guidelines is preferred.
