Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah seeks a Winter Seasonal Server for fine-dining service across resort outlets. You will set up dining areas, relay menu knowledge, and deliver guest experiences with warmth and professionalism.

Server-Winter Seasonal

The server performs fine‑dining service points in any of the food and beverage outlets to which they are assigned. Adapting to the specific service at any of the outlets, the Server offers service to the guests dining at the resort.

Essential Functions

• Sets up kitchen and dining room work areas in a timely, thorough and consistent manner.
• Maintains all work areas in a neat, efficient manner during service
• Displays knowledgeable command of menu items and products offered in his/her outlet, as well as specific Lodge and general local and greater area information
• Clean up, break down and re‑set of work station and dining room performed thoroughly and efficiently
• Other duties as assigned
