Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, floors, and line equipment.
  • Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
  • Receive, issue, and keep accurate records of liquor and other supplies.
  • Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS procedures.
  • Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

Job Description Summary: As the Bartender, you are responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. Your focus on cleanliness, efficiency, and exceptional guest service contributes to a high-quality guest experience and the smooth operation of the beverage department.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, floors, and line equipment
  • Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
  • Receive, issue, and keep accurate records of liquor and other supplies
  • Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures
  • Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
  • Regularly push/pull up to 50lbs.
  • Regularly lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
