Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a talented bartender for Hotel Fera Anaheim, a DoubleTree by Hilton, in Orange County, CA. Join our Food & Beverage team to craft cocktails and serve food with warmth, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year bartending experience, holds an Alcohol Beverage Server and Food Handlers certification, and can work in a fast-paced hotel environment. This is a part-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred.
• Minimum 1-year Bartender experience in a similar role; hotel experience preferred.
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required.
• Food Handlers Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide our guests with exceptional service through genuine engagement and thoughtful attentiveness.
• Prepare beverage orders, generate checks, and handle payments efficiently for each guest.
• Maintain daily organization of the bar, ensuring all products are stocked and readily accessible.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Reduce spoilage and waste through efficient productivity methods.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all refrigeration, storage, and work areas.

This role embodies exceptional Guest Services within our Food & Beverage team. As a Bartender, you wield the power to create a memorable experience for our guests by expertly crafting cocktails and serving delicious food with warmth and enthusiasm.

Essential Job Functions:

Physical Demands:

• Ability to kneel, stoop, pull, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 – 75lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk in confined space for entire shift
• Manual dexterity to use and operate food and beverage equipment

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Completion of Bartending School or Bartending & Mixology Certification preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1-year Bartender experience in a similar role, size of operation required, hotel experience preferred
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
