Job summary

Caymas Master Homeowners Association in Naples, FL seeks a seasonal full-time Bartender to deliver attentive service and craft beverages to guests in a fast-paced setting. You’ll stock, prepare drinks, handle POS transactions, and support event service for seasonal menus.

The ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails, Fluent English, and a professional, guest‑oriented demeanor. Must meet state age requirements for alcohol service; IT knowledge is a plus.

Caymas Master Homeowners Association, located in Naples, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a seasonal full-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

General Purpose:

Makes and serves guests delicious beverages in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions. Please note- this position is seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintains inventory records.
• Assists department leaders with creation of seasonal cocktails and development of menu.
• Assists department leaders with Social Media schedule and creation of content.
• Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.
• Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
• Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
• On occasion will serve meals to guests.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems (e.g. POSITOUCH and MICROS).

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands.

Regularly reaches with hands and arms.

Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches; tastes, smells and sits.

Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds.

Occasionally may lift up to 50 pounds.

Certificates/Licenses:

ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer and current trends in industry and marketplace.
• Possesses the knowledge of cocktail recipes.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to company values.

• Fluent in English speaking, writing and understanding.
