The Dunes of Naples, part of Troon, seeks a full-time Bartender in Naples, FL to join a fast-paced hospitality-focused property. This seasonal 6-month role offers $16.00 per hour plus benefits including healthcare and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Responsibilities include stocking and mixing drinks, maintaining inventory, adhering to state liquor laws, handling cash and POS transactions, and supporting event service and banquet operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and one year of bartending experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stock and mix alcoholic beverages and assist in cost control and inventory records.
• Maintain inventory control and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Take guest requests to the Department Manager.
• Perform opening/closing duties including inventory, cash handling, and restocking.
• Use Point of Sale system for transactions.
• Review banquet schedules and serve at catered events.
• Occasionally serve meals to guests.
• Adhere to safe work practices and perform other duties as required.

Description

The Dunes of Naples, located in Naples, FL is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Bartender! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.

Maintains inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.

Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.

Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.

Performs opening and closing duties which include, but are not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.

Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes Point of Sales System.

Reviews banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.

Serves catered parties from service or portable bars.

Occasionally serves meals to guests.

Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.

Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol.

Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.

Alcohol Awareness Training.
