What You Will Do

• Serve and interact with customers in a professional and gracious manner.
• Utilize thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology, to provide detailed information about menu items.
• Support the smooth delivery of bar items through POS/ticket systems.
• Leverage knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, including technical and service procedures.
• Participate in daily pre‑shift meetings.
• Adhere to accounting procedures for all transactions and maintain POS system knowledge.
• Clean and maintain restaurant and workstations, including pre‑shift, post‑shift, and daily/weekly duties as assigned.
• Fulfill duties that may involve lifting objects (e.g., tables, chairs, high chairs).
• Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards, including clean, pressed uniform jacket, professional hair and nail grooming to avoid food contamination risks.
• Follow hygiene practices such as: Clean uniform jacket and accompanying clothing and shoes; clean and professionally styled hair and nails; maintain hygiene standards to avoid food contamination risks.

What You Will Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in serving food and beverage and following proper table service guidelines.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Motivated and results‑driven.
• Thorough knowledge of order of service and proper placement of table settings (e.g., china, glass, flatware), food, and beverage as indicated by the kitchen ticket and guidebook.
• Thorough knowledge of food, including preparation and culinary terminology.
• Ability to interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• "Win together" mentality.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
