$17.05 - $21.32 per hour.

Overview

The Restaurant Server role supports the restaurant experience and upholds Neiman Marcus high standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve the assigned seating section of the dining area in a professional and gracious manner.
• Utilize thorough knowledge of food, preparation, and culinary terminology to provide detailed information to customers about menu items.
• Learnt wine, beer, and spirits including technical and service procedures.
• Interact graciously with the public and handle multiple duties simultaneously.
• Participate in daily pre‑shift meetings.
• Adhere to established accounting procedures for all transactions, including all authorized methods of payment, and maintain knowledge of the POS system.
• Execute pre‑shift, post‑shift, daily and weekly duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Perform duties that may involve lifting objects such as tables, chairs, and highchairs.
• Clean and maintain the restaurant and workstation.
• Maintain the highest level of hygiene standards, including clean uniform, clean hair and nails, and overall food safety.
• Manage scheduling and time‑keeping accurately: punch in and out, schedule changes, lunch breaks, and time off with management.
