With A Twist Bartending Service is hiring Bartenders. Our industry-leading compensation package offers very flexible schedules, allowing you to view all available jobs and select only the ones you want to work. Using our mobile application (think UBER for Bartending), we will send you bartending opportunities and pay you per hour, plus any pre-paid gratuity paid by the client, as well as cash or Venmo tips at the events. (We get big tips because the drinks are free!) You can choose to accept or decline jobs based on your schedule. Work as few or as many jobs as you want—our scheduling is flexible. Most events conclude by 11 pm, eliminating late nights cleaning glassware and mopping up the bar. Enjoy great pay, excellent tips, all in a fun and safe environment. Full training is provided. Industry-leading pay! Experienced bartenders preferred.

Bartender Manager Positions Available. For a small equipment deposit (fully refundable if you decide to stop working for any reason), you qualify to see most of the highest-paying jobs and participate in the revenue the company receives from each job.

Bartender Managers earn through:

1. Revenue share on every job (averaging $100 or more per job)
2. Hourly wage
3. Any pre-paid gratuity provided by the customer (we receive this on 70% of our jobs)
4. Cash tips at the event, including the ability to collect via Venmo using our special Venmo card designed specifically for this purpose

These bartender managers are the “Best of the Best” and must qualify with a minimum of 4 years of experience. Depending on current needs, if we are full, you can join our waitlist for this unique and profitable opportunity.
