Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be RAMP certified or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and tear-down of the bar and bar areas.
• Preparation of garnishments and drink ingredients.
• Preparing cocktails according to recipes.
• Taking orders for drinks, appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Processing payments.

Conway Social Club is an upscale cocktail bar and part of one of the fastest-growing restaurant groups in Lancaster, TFB Hospitality. We feature some of Lancaster's best and most innovative food and cocktails. We are looking for team members to join us!

Position Details:

• Part-time (20-35 hours per week)
• Rate: $8/hr plus tips
• Hours: TUE-THURS 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM & FRI-SAT 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• Approximately 2-4 shifts per week; hours may vary
