Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking a Bartender for our Mesa location. In this role you will craft a wide range of drinks and provide friendly, efficient service to travelers in a fast-paced airport setting.

You will maintain a clean bar, manage stock, and handle transactions while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Prior airport or high-volume bar experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience bartending and making drinks to standard recipes
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safe alcohol handling
• Ability to engage guests and provide personalized recommendations

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to proper alcohol handling, health and safety regulations
• Maintain appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage items
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• All other task as assigned

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels and stocking when needed.

Bartender Qualifications/ Skills:

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check to receive an Airport Security Badge
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of completion of a state-mandated or otherwise accredited alcohol service training program
